She takes the time to observe his interests and engages with him in a way that encourages and nurtures those passions—whether it’s reading, singing, or simply enjoying free play together. During one parents’ evening, I had the chance to see what my child enjoys day to day—it was a lovely and insightful experience. But what made the evening truly unforgettable was witnessing my son stand up independently for the first time. Chloe went above and beyond by staying after the event to practise walking with him.
That evening, he took his very first steps. Chloe had taken this initiative after I’d shared my fear of missing key milestones since returning to work. She recognised that my son was close to walking and understood how much it would mean for me to be there for that moment. In my view, that kind of care and thoughtfulness speaks to someone truly special!"

Beyond that, Chloe always thinks outside the box, goes above and beyond what’s asked, and looks for ways to help wherever she can. She has also been incredibly flexible and willing to step in on short notice, which has been a lifesaver for us, especially with no family nearby.
I cannot recommend Chloe enough. She is warm, trustworthy, thoughtful, and a bit of a child whisperer. Any family would be so lucky to have her look after their children!”
