​After reviewing your enquiry, one of our team members will get in touch to:

 

✅ Confirm your booking, or🔄 Discuss any changes or availability issues

 

​We aim to respond as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience!​​

 

💰 Step 3: Payment

 

​Payment is made directly to the babysitter at the end of their session.​

 

💵 Please have the correct amount ready (cash or as agreed with the sitter).

🔹 Note: Some babysitters may charge a higher hourly rate based on their qualifications and level of experience

 

​​​❌ Step 4: Cancellation Policy

 

​We understand that plans can change. To respect our babysitters' time:

 

📆 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

⚠️ Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the agreed service fee
